Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) provide additional clarity when families feel concerns remain unanswered or school-based findings do not fully reflect their child’s needs. They are comprehensive, objective evaluations designed to better understand a student’s learning, attention, behavioral, social-emotional, and educational support needs. These assessments can help clarify diagnoses, identify overlooked areas of need, evaluate the appropriateness of current services, and provide practical recommendations to support special education IEP planning.
