Every family's situation is unique. Whether you're exploring a private evaluation, Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), or consultation, the first step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation.
During this conversation, we'll discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine the most appropriate next steps for your learner and family.
Personalized Recommendations
Following your consultation, recommendations will be provided based on the referral concerns and your individual needs. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a comprehensive evaluation, an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE), consultation services, or other educational planning and support. If an assessment is recommended, a customized assessment plan outlining the proposed evaluation, estimated timeline, and anticipated fees will be provided before services begin.
Assessment services may include:
- Parent, student, teacher, and provider interviews
- Review of educational, developmental, and medical records
- School observations, when appropriate
- Individualized testing sessions
- Analysis and interpretation of results
- Comprehensive written report
- Feedback meeting and recommendations
- IEP participation, when applicable

Consultation services are conducted virtually for families throughout California. Individualized assessments are typically completed in a professional office setting in Orange County. When appropriate, alternative testing locations outside Orange County may be arranged based on availability. Additional travel fees may apply.
Private-Pay & School-Funded Evaluations
Precision Educational Diagnostics provides private-pay evaluations for families as well as school-funded Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) through direct contracts with school districts and charter schools.
